Vessel detail
Every tank on the licence—
If the level looks wrong, tell the plant manager. Do not adjust anything yourself — a corrected dip has to be recorded, not overwritten.
Tank register
Everything in kilogramsCapacity is what the vessel works to in kilograms — the figure your supplier quotes when they fill it. Everything else on this screen is measured against it.

Every entry for a chosen date — kilograms, naira, rate, margin, the meter reading behind it and whether a photo was attached.
Loss and gain analysis
Meter movement against kilograms entered, day by day, with the days that have no reading named rather than averaged away.
Regulator submission pack
Needs vessel certificates and the signed safety log, none of which the app has been given. It will say so rather than print a form with the facts missing.

Corrections. The plant manager can fix a posted day for 24 hours after it was keyed in. Past that only head office can, so a mistake found the same evening is dealt with at the plant, and anything older leaves a trail through Lagos. The clock runs from when the entry was posted, not from the day it covers.
The floor matters at this size. Half a percent of 150 kg is 0.75 kg — finer than anyone can read a dip tape, so without a floor every single day would be flagged.
Start your shift
Nothing can be sold until your shift is open. Enter the float you were handed — it is compared against your drawer when you close.

Type either box and the other is worked out at the list rate, shown dashed. Type over it if the scale or the till says otherwise — the row will tell you how far off the list rate you are. A saved row locks — a mistake goes to your manager, who has 24 hours, and to head office after that.

Record a tank refill
Gas up, money downA refill raises the tank and lowers the wallet in one transaction. If either fails, neither happens.

How the wallet moves
RulesA credit sale brings in no cash, so it does not touch the wallet. If the business prefers the wallet to mirror total sales value instead, that is one config flag — but the balance will then stop matching the bank.

Landed cost
What a kilogram costs youEvery margin on this page is measured against this figure. Update it the day a delivery price changes, not at month end.
Who may change what
PermissionsA rate is never overwritten. Setting a new one closes the old row and opens a new one, so a sale from last Tuesday can still be re-priced correctly during an audit.
